Kylie Joy managed to get her grades early and so obtained herself a trainer's license from Johto, several years before her friends. She's a peppy character with high spirits and a get-up-and-go attitude which can sometimes be hard to deal with, especially as her energy seems almost limitless.

It's hardly helped by her almost constant intake of sugary cereals.
