Stuart Fendel is quite the ladies man; somehow managing to charm girls in their early teens with little or no effort. However, he's more interested in trying to gain the affections of older women. It never works.

Stuart is more competitive than collaborative with his older brother, jealous of the attention Drew has received at Pokémon Contests. In the past, Stuart attempted contests himself in the hopes of getting the same attention. He was unexpectedly successful, and ended up being drafted into Team Rocket as a result.

Abilities

Stuart has displayed a fair level of skill at Pokémon Coordinating, though using different techniques to that of his brother.

Preferences

Stuart dislikes his natural hair colour, which is closer to Drew's, and so bleaches it blonde.
