Distortia is the name given to a dark, gaseous-like substance which entirely occupies the farthest reaches of
Cyberspace.
Both volatile and dangerous, Distortia has been known to cause fatalities if inhaled, while internal contamination via wounds or other means has resulted in differing after-effects.
It is thought that Distortia was used in minimal amount to create Dark type Pokémon. Events during history have occasionally allowed this substance to pass into Realspace.
