Oci is the name given to the world inhabited by humans and Pokémon. It is a name derived from the word 'ocean', and the long form of this title is 'The Planet of Blue Waters', as most of the planet is covered by the sea.
Since the invention of pocket sized
capture devices, and with it, the classification of Pokémon, Oci is also referred to as the "PokéWorld." |
