Burasta (Japanese: Happasusei) is a genetically enhanced Virtual/Ice type Pokémon created by Team Rocket. Its gene bases are Blissey and Froslass.

While still appearing to be high-spirited and cheerful, Burasta also exhibits manic, unreasonable tendencies. It has no self control and will throw explosive spheres of energy without warning or provocation, particularly in crowded areas.
