Zopharos (Japanese: Takunryu) is a genetically enhanced Electric/Sound type Pokémon created by Team Rocket. Its gene bases are Ampharos and Bronzong.

Zopharos is a generally good-spirited Pokémon, if a little eccentric. It is attracted to both sources of vibration and energy, but the unusual frequencies it emits can damage electronic equipment and cause disorientation in other sound-dependent species.

Antennae are composed of Raidenium which enables for greater electrical storage and generation. Metallic structure distributes electrical impulses freely throughout specimen's system. Sound blasts emitted are capable of shattering a variety of materials, including concrete.

Subject shows psychotic tendencies if exposed to traditional forms of mind control. Research suggests the technique used is incompatible with subject's own biological frequencies, resulting in an incorrect disruption of neurotransmitters.
