Daiki Hu was an Administrator at Pokémon Technical during the years James Morgan and Jessie Matthews were studying there. He proved to be difficult to communicate with due to his eccentricities - one of them being his refusal to speak to people taller than himself. He had an obsession with collecting different types of Pokéballs - the rarer, the better.
