Dark Type
Pokémon are an
elemental band of creatures linked with justice and fate. Created initially as a means to subdue the chaos caused by
Psychic types, Dark Types grew to earn a bad reputation as a result of the spite, deviousness and retaliation in members of various species. It is thought that some struggle with difficult behaviour as a result of being created partly from
Distortia.
While Dark Types have a particular strength against mind control, hypnosis and blasts of
Aura, they are still vulnerable to telekinesis. They are also physically weak, and easily defeated by
Combat types.
