Evolution Mountain is situated on the western coast of
Kanto and named
because of its large concentrations of elementally-charged
Taragirite.
Exposed to lightning, high temperatures and water
at different levels in the mountain, the molecular structure of the Taragirite alters
to form thunder, fire and water stones.
It is thought that this amount of altered Taragirite is one of the main reasons part of the
Pokémopolis ruins were unearthed nearby.
Extensive mining has depleted
much of Evolution Mountain's reserves in recent years. |
