Arcumese (Japanese: Winsoku) is a genetically enhanced Fire type pokémon created by Team Rocket. Its gene bases are Persian and Arcanine.

Arcumese never seems to judge others, humans or Pokémon, too quickly. It is loyal and develops strong bonds with those it befriends. However, as a result of its oppositional DNA, it can sometimes suffer from identity crises as to whether it is a cat or a dog pokémon. People have difficulty judging its mood, as it wags its tail when its happy, and also when its agitated.
