Soluqua (Japanese: Kokakijou) is a genetically enhanced Water/Psychic type Pokémon created by Team Rocket. Its gene bases are Golduck and Vaporeon.

Soluqua is able to turn its body into water, allowing it greater freedom of movement between tight spaces. It also has a great deal of control over water, giving it the ability to manipulate organic life forms.

Its personality is outwardly hard, but underlyingly cautious. It prefers to retaliate from a distance than attack head-on.
