The Visilog Security Droid
system (or Block Robots, as they were more commonly known) was a network
of machines
created by
Silph. Co for the purpose of tracking those entering and
exiting important locations. Each figure arriving at said location would
be issued a passport by one of several core units which could be used to
access areas and facilities. Passports were also useful for logging the
identities of visitors. This enabled suspicious individuals to be pursued
if necessary.
Aside from its design having
been inspired by the physical traits of
Combee, one of the V.S.D's most
innovative features is its use of
Digita Material. This was used to enable
the device's core units to draw a limitless amount of blocks from
Cyberspace
which it would have full control over. These blocks would be used to
create walkways and blockades in times of emergency.
The V.S.D project suffered
major setbacks from the start, namely due to its use of Digita Material
which protestors insisted would cause untold damage to the Cyberspace
realm it was drawn from. Eventually the system was commissioned for its
first test run by the governor of Larousse city.
During this test run, the
V.S.D proved to be very effective. However, an unexpected attack by a
Deoxys
and
Rayquaza revealed the system's severe weakness to energy interference.
This discovery almost cost the lives of two young boys, and because of
this the V.S.D has been decommissioned while this major flaw is resolved.
