Farrell Winters is the older member of the Darkiff City twin gym leaders. As chilled as his environment, there is very little that can flare up Farrell's temper.

Despite his maturity with regards to his gym responsibilities, Farrell is often kept in check by his (slightly) younger sister over social matters.

Farrell is quite good at reading sea charts, a skill he has picked up while travelling with Karis on her boat.
