Finlay Thomas is Nashgri City's Gym leader.

Since his parents spend most of their time in the energy labs, Finlay is in charge of Nashgri Gym and he takes his job very seriously. His collected calmness is a useful antidote to his younger brother's overenthusiastic attitude and the two will sometimes battle in tandem when the opportunity arises.

Finlay is fascinated by his parents' work more than his brother. Some day he hopes to pass the Gym on to Dai when he is mature enough to handle it, and take up Targology himself.
