Lavender Plagir is the virtual type gym leader of Tatto's Vexel City.

Having been born in Orre, where existing technology was way ahead of its time, Lavender is fascinated with the latest machines and electronics. She doesn't tend to know the intricate ins and outs of what she owns, but she has a level enough head to repair devices that malfunction with the help of her close friends via COM link.

When she's not involved in gym battles, Lavender loves to visit Inventor's Alley and check out the latest developments. Recently she's grown rather fond of Bernard Morgan's work.
