Merto Audera is a member of the Kemnon Tower Elite Guard, and a wielder of fire Cho'moken. With his companion Tezura Eress, he personally assesses the worthiness of the Pokémon Trainers who reach Kemnon Tower at the end of the Tatto Expedition.
