Tezura Eress is a member of the Kemnon Tower Elite Guard, and a wielder of electric Cho'moken. With her companion Merto Audera, she personally assesses the worthiness of the Pokémon Trainers who reach Kemnon Tower at the end of the Tatto Expedition.

Abilities

As an electric Cho'moken user, Tezura can channel and manipulate (though not generate) electricity and is able to resist electrical charges far more powerful than other Ocian humans. She is also able to understand the unique electric signal communication that pokémon of that element sometimes use between themselves.
