The Olde Chateau, contrary to its stately title, is a relatively modern construction situated on one of Canalave City's offshore islands. It was a hotel designed primarily by
Charon Baumtogh as a test bed for his physical hologram project - a scheme inspired by the Battle SIM technology developed by
Orre's
KraneTec. As a result, the Olde Chateau is the only establishment in
Sinnoh which is run almost entirely by humanoid constructs.
Despite this, the Olde Chateau brings in a lot of revenue and draws tourists to Canalave - particularly for its distinct flavour of gateau served on the premises. |
