Andh Yung was a member of the Agrarian Seers and a powerful wielder of Psychic Cho'moken. A gentlemen and a dedicated student, Andh's life was tragically cut short when he was abducted by Team Rocket operatives and his DNA siphoned and combined with that of Mew to create Mewtwo.

It is thought that Mewtwo retains elements of Andh's memories and personality as a result of the organic material he was created from.
