Teresa Sterling is the Air element Nexus, and played a pivotal role during the 5th Generation Rite. Despite living in Sinnoh, she was instructed to go to Lunan. From there, she connected the other Nexi together from the heart of the Tree of Beginning.

Born and raised in Squallville as the eldest child of two parents with air cho'moken, Teresa had become well acquainted with her abilities from an early age. Despite her heritage, Teresa was determined to move to Anten Town in order to pursue a career as a Pokémon Breeder - specialising in the field of bug type pokémon.
